Account
I am unable to log into my account. My username and Password are correct.
A. Please check your email to see If you are using the correct email?
B. Your account may be restricted or closed
C. Please contact [email protected] so we can review your situation!
Deleting my Account
How do I Delete my account?
A. Go to settings and select “Delete My Account” Your account will be removed and you
will receive an email confirmation that your account has been removed.
B. Please note that if you are a Band that has current subscribers, Once the account has been
deleted your fans will still be active in the account until subscriptions have expired
C. Your Band Account will be deleted indefinitely! If you want a new account you will need
to create a new one!
Who Can Join MMF
A. Almost anyone can join a My Metal Fans “Fan Account” You will need a valid email,
username,and a password.
B. You also have the ability to authenticate your account through Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram, Thread, or your Google Account!
Avatar and Header
A. Your Avatar and your cover header should be of you or your band! If you are a band, the
header across the top is usually the bands Logo or Artwork
What to do if I believe my account has been compromised or someone has accessed my account?
A. Immediately change your password and log back in
B. If you cannot login to your account simply click the “Forgot Password link”
2 Step verification
2 step verification is highly recommended to protect and keep your MMF account secured!
A. Download Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator “App” to your phone or to
your “App Store”
B. Login to My Metal Fans account & go to “Privacy Settings” then click link

C. Click button “ two step verification”
D. Follow Instructions to add your QR code or key provided by authenticator app. This will
link your app to your MMF account!
E. Enter authenticator app 6 digit code into MMF. Move Quickly! A new code will
regenerate after 30 seconds and every single time you open this app. Always use the
“Most Recently Updated Code”
F. Once you set this up, only you will be able to login to your MMF account using a code
generated from the authenticator app.. You can click “remember me” for 30 days to
extend codes..

When is 2 step Verification Required on MMF?
2 step verification is ALWAYS Encouraged on MMF
A. You will need 2 step verification to change banking details as a “Band Account”
B. If MMF suspects suspicious behavior, we may automatically apply 2 step verification to
secure the account.
Fan Questions
Subscriptions
A. When Fans subscribe to a Band account, you get access to a treasure trove of
Music, Merchandise, tour dates, Band news, but most importantly it opens the
doors of communication with your favorite Band Stars through Direct Messaging!
B. Finding a profile – After you have created your fan account ”paid or free” a search
glass will be available to search for any active bands on MMF.
C. If you have the Bands link you can also find their band account this way!
How to Subscribe
A. Enter a valid credit card or debit card to your account.
B. Follow the band profile you wish to subscribe to.
C. Clicking the follow button will deduct the subscription price from your card.
D. If it is a free account there will be no charge
E. After completed & verified you are able to ROCK!

F. Subscriptions are usually set for 1 month access unless you subscribe to a 3, 6, or 12
month package! Packages are always encouraged to insure savings and a better
experience
Free Trials
A. If a band gives a free trial, you will not be billed when the trial expires. To follow the
band, just enable auto-renew or follow that band after the free trial has expired!
I am unable to subscribe to an account
In order to subscribe to an account, the following must be completed!
A. Verify your email
B. Use an up to date web browser
C. Link a valid debit or credit card to your account
I can’t find my Subscription
Please make sure you have not created a second account by mistake. Sometimes registering
through social media platform and then creating an account using your email address may make
2 accounts
Cancel a Subscription
A. Subscriptions are non refundable
B. If turning off “auto renew” you will still be billed for the full month subscription and will
maintain access to the bands profile until the end of the subscription.
Auto Renewal
Subscriptions will not auto renew if:
A. Card was declined.
B. If the price of the subscription was raised
C. If renew was disabled
Refunds
All purchases are final and non refundable. You can cancel at any time and will not be billed
further than you subscribed!
Chargebacks
A. If a fan disputes a charge to their bank or credit card company, the fans’ availability to
enter the band’s account may be banned. If you feel there was a mistake please contact
support!
B. All bands will be notified of all chargebacks!
Promotional Packages
MMF can offer many types of discounted and subscription packages!
A. “Free Trial offers”
B. 3, 6, or 12 month promotional bundles (Usually 20% for 3 month, 30% 6 month, and 50% for 12 month subscriptions) This will help with fan retention.
C. If a band would like to offer a free month trial to a specific fan simply contact support
about allowing that fan access for 30 days!
Payments
Taxes – A tax is added to the price of any product sold on MMF. When purchases are
made! Taxes will vary depending on the country of purchase!

Pending Charges
If you made several unsuccessful purchases, you may see multiple temporary charges..
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for pending charges to disappear before you contact
support!
Failed Charges
Failed transactions may happen when:
A. Entering wrong Credit Card information!
B. Insufficient funds
C. Wrong Address or Zip Code!
D. Reached your daily spending limit
E. If using a VPN, your bank may need to verify your IP address.. You may need to
turn off your VPN temporarily.
