If my band is outside the US, can I join MMF?
Answer: Once a band creates an account, you will be asked to “Add Bank” Here you will find a
list of available countries allowed on MMF!
How does my band start earning on MyMetalFans?
A. Add your Band Bank Account or your own personal bank account that is in your name!
B. The account should be in the same country that issued the verified ID used for the
account.
C. Complete your W-9 form (This is for ALL US accounts)
D. Make sure the account has been verified.
Payouts
Need to Check with the Credit card companies to see what their process is for
payments to go out!!

Having Trouble making Posts or sending Messages?
A. Max Video size is 5GB per vid. “Note” If the video exceeds 5GB you will not be able to
post.
B. Please download the HandBrake App.. This app will allow you to compress large video
files below 5GB without losing quality!
PAYOUTS
Band Percentages %
A. Bands or Solo Artists will receive 75% revenue of all earnings from the sale of songs. videos, live concert videos, live streaming shows, and physical merchandise such as tee shirts, hoodys, hats, autographed collectibles, etc…
B. The remaining 25% will cover referral payments, payments processing, hosting, customer support, and all other cost and services needed to operate your music development site!
If Your Payment Was Declined try the Following Steps!
A. Check your ID, Drivers License, Passport to make sure they have not expired.
B. The documents you submitted do not meet the requirements to complete your payout request.
C. You may be missing important payout information on your account that prevents withdrawing your funds. Please submit a clear copy of your government issued ID along with a selfie of you holding up your valid ID. Once this is completed you will be able to receive payments.
ATTN: All US Band Accounts Are Required to Complete a W9 form before receiving Band Payments!
My Payment has Been Processed! Where is it?
A. In most cases it takes 3 to 5 business days for payments to hit your bank account. However in some cases, “Depending on the Country” can take up to 10 business days!
B. If it takes longer than 10 business days after showing as processed, please email us at [email protected] please attach a copy of your bank statement showing you did not receive payment & will look into the issue!
Minimum Withdrawl
A. Payouts will not be less that $20.00 US Dollars!
B. Bands outside the US will see the “minimum payout amount” for the chosen payment method on your banking page!
